1.1 Product photographs displayed on the Website are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product. Colours, textures, dimensions, patterns, glazing, surface variations and finishes may vary to a reasonable extent from the images displayed on the Website, particularly in the case of handcrafted or artisan-produced products.

1.2 Such variations shall not, by themselves, constitute a defect or deficiency where the product remains substantially consistent with its description, specifications and intended use.

1.3 Natural variations, minor surface irregularities, tonal variations, brush marks, glazing variations, textural differences, firing marks and other characteristics inherent to handcrafted products shall be regarded as characteristics of the manufacturing process and not necessarily as defects.

2.1 An order placed through the Website constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the selected product.

2.2 VASSERA reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where circumstances including stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to service the delivery location or other legitimate operational reasons arise.

2.3 An order shall be considered accepted only upon confirmation by VASSERA.

3.1 All prices shall be displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory charges shall be displayed during the checkout process, wherever applicable.

3.3 VASSERA reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. Such modification shall not affect an order already accepted and paid for, except where correction of an obvious pricing or technical error is legally permissible.

4.1 Certain products may be handcrafted, customised, personalised or produced specifically against an order.

4.2 Due to the nature of handcrafted production, no two pieces may be perfectly identical.

4.3 Minor differences in colour, texture, dimensions, pattern placement, glaze, finish or surface character shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, return or refund where the product substantially conforms to the description and specifications provided.

4.4 Customised and made-to-order products may be subject to separate production timelines communicated at the time of purchase.

5.1 No change-of-mind returns. All purchases from VASSERA are final. VASSERA does not accept returns or exchanges arising solely from change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection of colour/design/size, aesthetic preference, or failure to review the product description and specifications before placing an order.

5.2 Limited exception. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where a product is established to be defective, materially damaged prior to delivery, materially different from the product ordered, or otherwise subject to a remedy under applicable law, VASSERA shall provide such remedy as may be legally applicable, which may include replacement.

5.3 Damage during transit. In the event of apparent transit damage, the Customer must notify VASSERA within 24 hours of delivery and provide the required photographic/video evidence in accordance with the Shipping and Damage Claim Policy.

5.4 Evidence. VASSERA may require photographs and videos of the outer packaging, shipping label, unopened package, opening process and damaged product before assessing a claim.

5.5 Customer-caused damage. No claim shall ordinarily be accepted where damage has resulted from misuse, negligence, improper installation, improper handling, accident, unauthorised alteration, independently arranged transportation after delivery, or failure to follow applicable product-care instructions, subject always to applicable law.

5.6 Refund method. Where a refund is determined to be legally or contractually applicable, the refund shall ordinarily be processed through the original payment method or such other method as may be legally permissible.

Orders may be cancelled only before the order enters production, customisation, procurement or dispatch, as applicable, and subject to VASSERA’s cancellation confirmation.

Once production, customisation, procurement or dispatch has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted, particularly for customised or made-to-order products, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

Orders are normally dispatched within 15–18 days after order confirmation. This is the dispatch timeframe; courier transit and delivery take additional time. Separate production timelines for customised or made-to-order products will be communicated at the time of purchase.

VASSERA uses third-party logistics and courier service providers for delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by weather, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, strikes, regulatory restrictions, remote-location restrictions, courier delays and other circumstances beyond VASSERA’s reasonable control.

These terms, including the transit-damage reporting and evidence requirements, remain subject to applicable law and do not exclude any remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
